it's rude to stare - B+W

I just had to throw this up here before i go all out on it with colors.

Some things may change between this and the colored version. I may very well rework van cleef on the right over there, i don't like how rigid his jacket and vest are.

Anyways. Lemme know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions that you think will help, speak up!

EDIT: Poked some holes in Susan's (the girl in the center) coat. Added some darker shadows to the other two fellas, thanks to for the suggestion
